I recently visited Biryani Zone in Marathahalli for lunch, and overall, the experience was not very satisfying. I ordered biryani with high expectations, but the taste was quite average and did not match the reviews or the price range. The flavour felt flat, the spices were not well balanced, and the freshness of the ingredients wasn’t very noticeable. For a place that mainly serves biryani, I expected a better, more authentic taste. After finishing the meal, we asked for lemon soda, but they immediately said it was not available. For a restaurant of this size, basic items being unavailable was disappointing. The service was also on the slower side. Even though the place wasn’t very crowded at that time, the staff seemed less attentive, and we had to call them multiple times for simple things like water and tissues. The atmosphere of the restaurant is okay, but nothing special. Seating is decent, but the overall vibe felt slightly dull. With the prices they charge, the food quality and service should definitely be better. This visit did not meet expectations, and I hope they work on improving both taste and customer service. Not a great experience this time.

I tried -afgani chicken tikka, tastes so good highly recommend 10/10 perfectly marinated chicken, juicy and tender. One thing I didn't understand why they put colour while afgani tikka is colourless. -Chicken tikka boneless biryani again tastes so perfect lovedddd it!!!

A great choice • Boneless Chicken Biriyani ⭐⭐⭐ Just the average old biryani, no kicking flavours and a mild taste. • Mutton Biriyani ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Better than the chicken biryani, the mutton was tender enough and had sensational taste. Service was kinda ok as we had entered late during their closing hours, but not bad and not rude. Ambience kicked in with 90s and early 2000s bollywood hitlist. Comfy seatings.
