We have visited this restaurant many times in the past and have always enjoyed the food and service. The quality was consistently good, which is why we kept coming back.
However, during our most recent visit, we noticed that the food was not up to the same standard as before. The taste and overall quality seemed to have declined compared to our previous experiences. The service was still satisfactory, but the food was disappointing.
Suresh's service was excellent. He was attentive, courteous, and ensured that we had a pleasant dining experience despite our concerns about the food.
We hope this was just a temporary issue and that the restaurant returns to the high standards that made it one of our favorite places to dine.
Food Pan Restaurant offers a fantastic dining experience with a diverse menu that perfectly balances traditional flavors and modern variety, ranging from their expertly prepared charcoal grills and succulent shawarmas to their refreshing fresh juices and authentic Malabar snacks, all served in a clean, welcoming environment that makes it an ideal spot for a satisfying meal.but also for the exceptional hospitality of the staff who are consistently attentive, friendly, and quick to offer recommendations, making the entire dining experience feel personalized and welcoming from the moment you walk in.🙏👍 MUST VISIT 🙏

The aroma alone is enough to get your taste buds tingling!
At the heart of the meal is the Kerala motta rice, perfectly cooked and forming the foundation of this grand feast. Surrounding it are an array of delectable dishes, each a star in its own right.
The Fish Curry (coconut arachathu) is a creamy, tangy delight, with succulent pieces of fish swimming in a beautifully spiced coconut gravy. The fish fry offers a crispy, flavorful contrast, seasoned to perfection.
For meat lovers, the Chicken 65 is a spicy, juicy treat, and the Beef Roast is incredibly tender and rich with aromatic spices. The Konju Roast (prawn roast) is another standout, with perfectly cooked prawns coated in a robust, flavorful masala.
No Kerala meal is complete without a truly tasty pappadam, and Food Pan's is wonderfully crisp. The Cheera Thoran (stir-fried greens) adds a refreshing, wholesome element, while the tangy Manga Achar (mango pickle) provides a delightful zing. And let's not forget the fluffy Omlet – a simple yet perfectly executed addition.
To finish off this incredible meal, the Payasam (sweet pudding) is the perfect sweet ending, a comforting and flavorful way to conclude your culinary adventure.
Overall, the Mixed Chattichor at Food Pan is more than just good; it's yummy, it's authentic, and it's a testament to the rich culinary heritage of Kerala. If you're in Fujairah and craving a truly memorable meal, this is an absolute must-try!
