I am very disappointed with the service at this restaurant. The staff were unresponsive and the service was extremely slow. We ordered food with paratha, and before finishing our meal, we requested additional parathas. Despite calling several times and trying to get the staff’s attention, we were completely ignored. After waiting for nearly an hour, the parathas finally arrived, but by then we had already lost our appetite and the enjoyment of our meal. What was even more disappointing was that no one apologized for the delay. The staff seemed uninterested in serving customers and showed little concern for our experience. I tried to speak with someone responsible, but I couldn’t find anyone willing to address my concern. Unfortunately, this is not the first time I have experienced poor service here. Previously, I assumed the restaurant was simply busy, but after several visits, it has become clear that this is a recurring issue and reflects a poor attitude toward customers. I am not sure whether other customers receive the same treatment, but based on my experiences, I have decided to stop visiting this restaurant. Better customer service and basic courtesy are greatly needed.

I recently visited Four Chefs Rand We tried the tandoor grill and charcoal peri peri chicken — both were really tasty and well cooked., and honestly there are very good changes now. Food taste is better, the place is clean and neat, and the atmosphere feels nice. The new team is doing a good job under the team head, everyone is friendly and respectful. Overall service was good but need to improve . For dessert there is not too much options . Blueberry mojito was really refreshing drink. All staffs are friendly , smiley with service .Atmosphere was good . It was silent area with small music . Over all me and my friends happy with Four chefs Restaurant . Deffenetly i will recommend this restaurant and come back again. Thank you making delicious dinner for us.
The food and ambiance were very good, and we really appreciated the manager’s professionalism and polite attitude. He handled everything well and deserves recognition. However, there was a noticeable delay in serving our order. Improving the serving time would make the overall experience much better.
