Erica got a wrong order, and shes out of the blue while taking the orders. We ordered 6 spicy and 2 non spicy but she punched 2 spicy and 6 spicy. My son also repeat our orders. I want to change my orders to non spicy but she insist that its already punch the order and she cannot change but the order is totally f….. , and other ladies said that its her birthday thats why, im just curious about the connection, birthday and work.🤔🤔😳.. to the incharge kindly give off to your team on the day of their Birthdays, so you’ll not get any issues or complain during the operation specially Jollibee is a busy place everytime 😊😎
Gave there 3 star coz when I needed the the toilet very much there provided just n clean n free men toilet coz in this part of the province toilet suck(sticky, toilet bowl not functioning, n out of order) back to the food I ordered chicken sandwich meal (overprice ₱205) the chicken there but as usual the sauce is on the end part of the sandwich, jollibee supervisors check your kitchen stuff or it your signature dish on sandwich putting just a drop of a sauce on end part (just my theory)
We just bought 2 buckets of chicken joy and only 1 leg was included. Everything else was breast part. We didnt ask for it. I hope next time they honestly mix different parts. Make sure to check yours too before going. It’s really frustrating.

Menuthere28Jul2024 I just felt bad to see the crew brushing the zebra line in the parking space at 9:30am, while the sun is up. Very inhumane. One more thing that breaks my heart she is a lady. Let us say, it’s a boy still so disappointing. That you can do at night before closing, not while the sun is up. It’s very hot outside. Is this something happening in all jollibee store or only here in alicia? You dont degrade your staff and crew, these are normally students trying their best in life to survive for their brighter future but you are punishing them too much. Very disappointing scenario.
