Visited on 28.12.2025 for dinner (4 people). Ordered Porotta, Rotti, Vellayappam, Veg Hot & Sour Soup, Chicken Manchow Soup, Kadai Paneer, and Schezwan Chicken Alfam.
Food:
Soups and the special Alfam were too spicy and overloaded with sauce, making them unpleasant. The breads (Porotta, Rotti, and Vellayappam) were good. Unfortunately, after the meal, one person in our group suffered from loose motion the next day, which is concerning.
Service:
Service was also below expectations. We ordered Kadai Paneer, but after waiting nearly 25 minutes, we were served Mixed Veg instead. Though they corrected it after we pointed it out, the delay was inconvenient.
We also ordered tea and specifically requested it before the food, but it was served only after the meal.
Price: Price was reasonable.
Overall:
Both food quality was below average, and the experience was disappointing.
Quantity wise , it’s like looting customers.Because they first give a small bone piece looks like neck parts and later changed with another small boneless piece which also not worthy for this price. Taste was good.Overall not satisfied at all.
Very disappointing experience at Khazana Restaurant. The food quality was poor and the service made it even worse. We requested tea and coffee with different sugar levels due to dietary needs, and the staff said they couldn’t do it because it was “too hard” for them. It was a simple request that any customer focused restaurant should be able to accommodate.
The lack of effort and attitude from the staff was frustrating. At one point I genuinely wondered why they even bother keeping the restaurant open if basic customer service feels like such a burden. Definitely not a place I’d recommend.
