“we received dry Shawaya instead of the juicy one we ordered.”
This is not the first time we have faced this issue. Previously, we received dry Shawaya instead of the juicy one we ordered. This time, we specifically mentioned the issue while ordering to avoid any mistakes, yet we still received dry Shawaya that feels like Alfaham. We are extremely disappointed and unsatisfied. Please take customer feedback seriously and ensure this does not happen again.
