Flavorful Mandi&Madghout Done Right

The food was nice, but there was a slight issue with the order. We ordered chilli gobi but received gobi manchurian instead. When we asked about it, we were told it was chilli gobi, even though it clearly wasn’t. The food itself was decent, but we didn’t get what we ordered.

Excellent food and it’s good place for Mandi. I don’t see any problem in the Service and staffs are so responsive and they are suggesting the foods based on the customer needs. I specially thanks to Mr.Muzammil to give a good experience.

I visited this restaurant today and had a very bad experience. We ordered biriyani and alfaham with porotta. The biriyani rice and masala were not good at all, and the biriyani tasted more like curry chicken and had no proper flavor for the alfham. Regarding the service, there were only two of us, and we visited at a time when the restaurant was not busy at all. Still, the staff showed no interest in taking our full order. We even had to get up in the middle of eating to ask for water.

I had high hopes when I ordered biryani from Petraz Restaurant, but it turned out to be one of the worst I’ve ever had. The rice was of poor quality, the flavors were completely off, and for the ₹160 they charge, it was just not worth it. On top of that, the biryani came with just two very, very small pieces of chicken, which felt like a joke for the price. I didn’t dare try anything else, and honestly, I don’t think I will. The Only Good Part? ⭐ Great Service – The service boy in the picture did a fantastic job. He was polite, attentive, and made the experience a little less disappointing. One star just for him! What Went Wrong? ❌ Terrible Biryani – The rice was bad, the taste was worse, and overall, it just didn’t feel like a proper biryani. ❌ Overpriced – ₹160 for such poor quality food with just two tiny pieces of chicken? Absolutely not worth it. ❌ Nothing Else Stood Out – Apart from the service, I couldn’t find a single positive thing to mention. Final Thoughts I wouldn’t recommend this place at all if you’re craving good biryani. The only thing that made the experience somewhat bearable was the excellent service from one staff member.
