Visited Sattva, Kakkadampoyil and had a wonderful stay. The location is truly breathtaking, offering a panoramic view of the Western Ghats and beautiful scenic surroundings. The rooms were spacious, neat, and comfortable, with an excellent balcony view that made the stay even more memorable. The staff were courteous, friendly, and always ready to help. The food was delicious, especially both dinner and breakfast, with good quality and taste. The property also has ample parking space and a large swimming pool, making it ideal for families and very child-friendly. One area that could be improved is recreation facilities. The property has enough space for indoor and outdoor games, but currently these opportunities are not being fully utilized. Adding such activities would further enhance the guest experience. Overall, Sattva Kakkadampoyil is a perfect destination for relaxation, scenic beauty, and a peaceful family getaway. Highly recommended.
The ambience was okay and balcony view was good! But had a terrible experience because of power shortage, worst staff service and especially food was terrible. No proper planning and man power shortage. They don’t care about the basic needs of guests. Please don’t use their swimming pool because it’s not maintained properly. Worth staying there was natural ecosystem and balcony view. Definitely won’t recommend because we have many good resorts near Sattva like clouds end. They provide better service and food was too good. Please don’t waste your money by booking here.

We booked 13 rooms for Christmas Day, and it turned out to be a terrible experience. The place was overcrowded and poorly managed. Dinner buffet was complete chaos—insufficient food, long delays, and no proper refilling. The worst part was a venomous snake found inside one of our rooms—a horrifying and dangerous incident. It was a narrow escape and completely unacceptable. Waste of time and money. Serious safety concerns. Would not recommend.
