Shawarma Daddy is definitely one of the best places in town for shawarma and BBQ. We had visited earlier and tried their Arabic Meal Shawarma, which was super delicious and left a great impression on us. Because of that experience, we decided to visit again and try their BBQ items this time.
During this visit, we ordered the Texas BBQ and the Red Chilly BBQ. Both of them were really tasty and well prepared. The Red Chilly BBQ had a nice spicy kick to it, but it was not overly spicy, making it enjoyable even for people who don’t prefer very hot food. The Texas BBQ, on the other hand, had a slightly sweeter flavor, which balanced the smoky BBQ taste very well. Both dishes were cooked perfectly and had great flavor.
One thing that really stood out was their mayo. It was absolutely amazing and truly finger-licking good. It paired perfectly with the BBQ and added extra flavor to the whole meal. Sometimes the small things make the biggest difference, and their mayo definitely did that.
The quality of food, taste, and overall experience were really satisfying. If you are someone who enjoys shawarma or BBQ, this place is definitely worth trying. We had a great time enjoying the food and will surely visit again to try more items from their menu.
Overall, an awesome experience and highly recommended!

I recently visited Shawarma Daddy and tried three items from their menu: the Syrian Chicken Shawarma Roll, Khartoush, and Daddy’s Special Roll. I wanted to try different options to understand what actually makes them different from each other.
To be honest, I couldn’t find a very clear difference between the Syrian Chicken Shawarma Roll and Daddy’s Special Roll in terms of quantity or appearance. Both rolls looked almost the same in size and filling. The only small difference I felt was that one of them had a little extra cheese inside. Apart from that, they were quite similar when it comes to how they looked and the amount of filling.
Khartoush was also somewhat similar, although the taste and style were slightly different compared to the other two. However, overall the portion size and presentation felt almost the same.
Another thing I noticed was the waiting time. I had to wait for more than 30 minutes to get the order, which felt a bit long considering these were just shawarma rolls.
The only positive thing I personally felt was that the taste is a little different compared to the usual shawarma you get in many other places. That unique taste is probably what makes the place stand out.
Other than that, nothing much really stood out for me in terms of portion size, presentation, or overall experience.
Poor service and poor staffs who don't communicate properly. No water ever after 15 mins waiting at the table. Had to take tissue from other table by myself. 1 menu card for 7 tables.
2 stars for good food but quantity is less.
Randomly 2 glasses of water came out of nowhere and I didn't feel like to drink since every other table got a glass bottle. And it's not just about the bottle.

I ordered Daddy's Whole Meat Roll today. After eating about half of it, I noticed something was wrong with the chicken. When I checked, I found that it was not properly cooked and was still raw inside.
This was a very disappointing experience. Serving undercooked(it was raw.. Like RAWW RAWWWW)chicken is a serious food safety issue and can put customers' health at risk. I hope the restaurant takes this matter seriously and improves its quality control to ensure this doesn't happen again.
Tried the Jumbo Shawarma from Shawarma Daddy, Edappally outlet through Zomato and it was really good. The shawarma tasted fresh and filling, and I liked that they included French fries and two dips along with it. I’ve had the same from their Kakkanad outlet too, but personally I felt the Edappally one tasted better.
