A very novel dining experience in Thrissur. We ordered LA Smash Burgers and the Beef Brisket. Excellent presentation when it comes to the dishes and the overall ambiance of the place. Love the fact that there's a lot of effort put into the theme - a refreshing take overall. Personally not a fan of brisket but that's more of an issue when it comes to my taste preferences. The brisket itself was presented well, was cooked well, and looked really appetising. Perhaps adding a sauce as a side might be a fix for people with palates like me. I did not face any issues with the LA Smash Burger, very complex yet flavorful taste - however different in taste and presentation compared to the burgers that we usually see in Thrissur (a la Burger Inn). People may find the difference in taste a bit jarring but I believe there is market for both options. I do wish that the burgers came with a small portion of fries given the price point. It was certainly a premium.

A great place for those who enjoy tasty food with good quality ingredients and beautiful presentation. Definitely a spot I keep going back to.
The wings were nice. Burgers were juicy and tasty. Make you full fast and sleepy. Maybe because of the oils and cheese. Overall the food is great. Would be more great if the sauces on the patty were slightly less on some burgers and less oily.

MenuthereI visited Burgery when it was under renovation, so many of the regular menu items were not available. I went there again recently with a friend. Since I’m a vegetarian, I tried the Smashed Falafel Burger and a chocolate shake. My friend had the Real Texas Beef Burger along with a Virgin Margarita. Both the drinks were good and felt worth the price. The burgers were juicy and the chocolate shake was really chocolaty with high flavours of chocolate. The veg burger was nice and decent, but the beef burger was really good according to my friend. Unfortunately, we couldn’t try their famous Mushroom Burger or the brisket options because of the renovation. The service was good, the ambience was pleasant, and the waiting time was reasonable. There is also parking available in front of the place. It was a good experience, and I would like to visit again once the renovation is fully completed and the full menu is available.
I’ve been a huge fan of Burgery since their starting days at Kodungallor and later I followed them to Panampilly Nagar. I’ve met Chef Nizar a handful of times and his commitment to Burgery has been nothing short of amazing. My visit to their store in Thrissur was underwhelming. 1. The service by the staff was mediocre. The Panampilly and Kodungallor outlet always had friendly staff and super nice customer service. Everytime I brought new people into Burgery, the staff would be happy to answer questions and was always pleasant to interact with. The staff at the Thrissur outlet made us feel unwelcome with their cold approach. 2. Most of the items on the menu were unavailable on a Saturday and the person helping us with the orders simply did not elaborate. 3. The music at the outlet was excessively loud, where we couldn’t hear our small group of friends over the table. We requested if they could lower the volume by a bit to which they reduced it for 3 minutes and turned it back up much higher after a while. We did not confront them any further. 4. The server helping us with the order just seemed hostile after a point, and didn’t even bother asking us if we wanted water, drinks or even desserts and just dropped the bill on our table, without asking us if there was more to the order. This is in extreme contrast to the experience I’ve had both the kodungallor and Kochin outlet where the staff is super hands-on and involved. The food was good and buns were really nice. 3 of us spent over ₹3.2k with 2 burgers and 1 brisket and 1 pastrami. The meat was really tender on the brisket and pastrami but it did lack the BBQ punch of flavour. The burgers were a little bland in comparison to what they usually serve in their other stores. I’d still visit their Panampilly store in a heartbeat but I don’t think I’ll be heading back to their Thrissur outlet
