Zelebrae is one of our favourite cake shops in Kerala. As I live in Kochi and could not make it to my aunt's 87th birthday, I ordered a cake from here. My aunt had loved the mango cake when we got it two years ago so we repeated the order. The cake was excellent as always, but I wanted to highlight the service of Ayisha who took my order over the phone and ensured delivery at 10am sharp today. Now thats what you call the icing on the cake! Literally!
I ordered a 1.5 kg cake. I didn’t like the Nayagra Rainbow Cake. They mentioned that every layer is filled with fruit filling, and I assumed they were using fresh fruit pulp. However, they are actually using bottled pulp. Also, every sponge layer tastes the same, with no distinct fruit flavor in the sponge. From the description, anyone would think they are using fresh fruits, but that’s not the case. I didn’t order from this branch. I ordered the cake from the Karaparamb branch, it was delivered to Ashokapuram, so I had to go there and collect it.
I am currently living in Oman and I ordered a cake from Zelebrae. I had a wonderful experience. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the delivery boy was very polite and delivered the cake on time I really appreciate their excellent service. Highly recommended! Thank you zelebrae
Ordered 1kg blueberry cheese cake. Its super delicious and yummy. Loved it. It was perfectly made. Each layers was so good. It was a home delivery order. Payment delivery and everything was managed well.
