Le che de mexico pastry is their bestseller as told by the person on order desk. And it was one of the fresh and tastiest one I ever had . Pistachio elegance pastry was avérage and not tasting of fresh pistachio as it should be. Parking is for 2-3 cars and is a problem in rush hours. You don't get such quality in North India.

We bought their milk cake and it was super delicious! 🤤 Fresh, soft and perfect in taste. Definitely recommend💯 But we felt that the quantity didn’t seem like a full half kg, especially considering the price of ₹790. Taste-wise it’s good but the portion size could be better for the cost.

I’m writing this review with genuine disappointment, not with the intention to create unnecessary negativity. During the Christmas week, I received a cake from Zelebræ as a gift from a friend who visited me at home. Unfortunately, I found a hair strand in the cake, which was extremely upsetting. Since it was a gift and I didn’t want my friend to feel bad, I chose not to question them about which Calicut branch it came from or make a fuss publicly. Instead, I privately informed the Zelebræ team through Instagram and WhatsApp, purely to bring the hygiene concern to their attention. I clearly mentioned that my intention was not to post a negative review, but only to request better hygiene practices. The team acknowledged the issue, thanked me for raising it, and assured me that they would strictly follow hygiene protocols. They also asked for my contact number and offered to deliver a free cake as an apology, mentioning that the incident happened during the Christmas week. However, a few days later, when I followed up to check whether the promised cake would be delivered—especially since I was planning to place Christmas orders—I received no response at all. My message was completely ignored. What disappointed me more than the incident itself was the lack of follow-up and accountability after making a commitment. I reached out respectfully and privately, gave them a chance to correct the issue, and still ended up being ignored. Hygiene in food is non-negotiable, but customer trust and communication matter just as much. This experience has made me reconsider ordering from Zelebræ again, and I hope the management takes this feedback seriously to improve both hygiene standards and customer handling in the future.
