As all items are freshly prepared food, we strongly recommend that your order be consumed within 2 hours of delivery for the best taste, quality, and food safety. CHILLIES is not responsible for the quality or safety of food consumed beyond this period.
4. Delivery Charges
Applicable delivery charges (if any) are calculated based on the delivery distance from our location and, where applicable, the order value. 6. Failed or Missed Delivery
If our delivery partner is unable to reach you due to incorrect address details or unavailability at the delivery address, the order may be marked as delivery-failed. Re-delivery may incur additional charges, and refunds in such cases are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
