Most delivery orders are delivered within 30 to 60 minutes of the order being confirmed, depending on the preparation time of the items you order and your distance from our location. While we make every effort to deliver within the estimated window, delays may occur in exceptional circumstances.

4. Delivery Charges
Applicable delivery charges (if any) are calculated based on the delivery distance from our location and, where applicable, the order value. All charges are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

6. Failed or Missed Delivery
If our delivery partner is unable to reach you due to incorrect address details or unavailability at the delivery address, the order may be marked as delivery-failed. Re-delivery may incur additional charges, and refunds in such cases are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
7. Takeaway Orders
Takeaway orders should be collected within the time window indicated on your order confirmation. Orders not collected within a reasonable time may not be eligible for a refund.
