Menuthere Go is the delivery-partner (rider) app operated by INNOVIZE NOTIME PRIVATE LIMITED ("we", "our", "us"). It connects independent delivery partners ("riders") with the Menuthere partner restaurants they are linked to, so they can receive and fulfil delivery orders. This policy explains what information we collect from riders, how we use it โ including location โ and your rights. It applies to the Menuthere Go app; the consumer Menuthere service has its own privacy policy.
1. Information We Collect
- Account information: Your name and phone number, used to create and sign in to your rider account.
- Identity & verification (KYC): Driving licence, government-issued ID, profile photo and vehicle details, collected to verify your identity and eligibility to deliver and to meet legal/regulatory requirements.
- Location data: Precise GPS location, collected while the app is in use and in the background while you are online or on an active delivery (see Section 3).
- Delivery activity: Orders offered, accepted, declined or completed; pickup and drop details; delivery status; and your earnings.
- Device & usage data: Device model, operating system, app version, and in-app activity used to operate and improve the app.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information to:
- Create and verify your rider account using a one-time password (OTP)
- Verify your identity and eligibility to deliver (KYC)
- Offer you nearby delivery orders and match orders to the closest available riders
- Share your live location and contact details with the restaurant and customer during an active delivery, and provide turn-by-turn navigation
- Calculate and show your earnings and delivery history
- Send you order offers and operational notifications
- Provide support, ensure safety, prevent fraud, and comply with legal obligations
3. Location Data
Location is essential to how Menuthere Go works. We collect precise location while the app is open, and in the background while you are online or on an active delivery. Background location is used only to:
- Offer you delivery orders from restaurants near your current location, and
- Show live delivery progress to the restaurant and the customer so they can track the order.
When you go offline, or when you have no active delivery, background location collection stops. You can turn off location access at any time in your device settings โ but without it you will not be able to receive or complete deliveries.
4. Sharing of Personal Data
We share data only as follows:
- Restaurants and customers: During an active delivery, your name, phone number and live/approximate location are shared with the partner restaurant and the customer so they can coordinate and track the order.
- Service providers who process data on our behalf: cloud hosting and storage (Amazon Web Services, Neon), push notifications (OneSignal), product analytics (PostHog), and OTP messaging (Meta WhatsApp Business). These providers may process data outside your country under appropriate safeguards.
- Legal and safety: where required by law, or to protect the rights, safety and property of riders, customers, restaurants or the public.
We do NOT sell your personal information.
5. Data Security
We use encryption in transit, access controls and reputable service providers to protect your data. Identity documents are stored in restricted storage accessible only to authorised personnel. No system is 100% secure, but we work to protect your information.
6. Data Retention
We retain your data while your rider account is active and for as long as needed for legal, accounting, safety and operational purposes. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time (see Section 7).
7. Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Correct or update your data
- Request deletion of your account and associated data
- Request a copy (export) of your data
- Withdraw consent to location or notifications (via device settings)

8. Children's Privacy
Menuthere Go is intended only for delivery partners aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.
9. International Data Transfers
Your data may be transferred to and processed outside your country through secure and compliant service providers listed in Section 4.
