1. About Menuthere Go

Menuthere Go connects independent delivery partners with the Menuthere partner restaurants they are linked to, so riders can receive, accept and fulfil delivery orders. The app provides order offers, navigation, delivery tracking and earnings information.

2. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old and legally permitted to work as a delivery partner in your location.
• You must hold a valid driving licence and use a roadworthy vehicle with any legally required documents and insurance.
• You must be invited and approved by a Menuthere partner restaurant, and complete identity verification (KYC).

3. Account & Verification

You sign in using your phone number and a one-time password (OTP). You agree to provide accurate, current and complete information, including genuine identity documents. You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for all activity that occurs under it. Providing false documents may lead to suspension and removal.

4. Independent Contractor

You are an independent contractor. Nothing in these terms creates an employment, agency or partnership relationship between you and Menuthere or INNOVIZE NOTIME PRIVATE LIMITED. You decide when to go online and which orders to accept, and you are responsible for your own taxes and statutory contributions.

5. Orders & Deliveries

• Orders are offered to you based on your proximity to the restaurant and your availability. You may accept or decline an offer.
• Once you accept an order, you agree to complete it promptly and professionally, following the in-app pickup and drop flow.
• Where required, you must verify pickup and delivery using the provided one-time codes (OTP).
• You must handle all items, customer information and any cash with due care and honesty.

6. Conduct & Compliance

• Obey all traffic and local laws; never ride under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
• Behave courteously and safely towards customers, restaurants and the public.
• Keep your documents, licence and insurance valid throughout your use of the app.
• Do not tamper with, consume or steal order items.

7. Earnings & Payments

Your earnings for completed deliveries are shown in the app and settled as agreed with the relevant partner restaurant and/or Menuthere. You are solely responsible for any taxes payable on your earnings.

8. Prohibited Activities

You must not:

• Falsify your location, spoof GPS, or manipulate the offer/dispatch system
• Share, sell or transfer your account, or let others deliver under your account
• Misuse customer or restaurant personal data for any purpose other than completing a delivery
• Engage in fraud, harassment, threats or any unlawful activity

9. Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for invalid or expired documents, breach of these terms, safety concerns, fraud, or at the request of a partner restaurant. You may stop using the app and request account deletion at any time via our account deletion page or by contacting support.

10. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The app is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for loss arising from your use of the app, your vehicle, or your conduct during deliveries. You are responsible for riding safely and for the condition and legality of your vehicle.

11. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless INNOVIZE NOTIME PRIVATE LIMITED and Menuthere from any claims, damages or expenses arising out of your use of the app, your deliveries, or your breach of these terms or applicable law.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated terms. The "Last Updated" date above reflects the latest revision.

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable law, the courts of Kochi, Kerala shall have jurisdiction over any disputes.
