Lieferando doesn't publish its commission in Germany; each restaurant's rate is set in its sign-up form. Its Germany chief said in 2021 that it takes 13% when a restaurant delivers its own orders and 30% when Lieferando's couriers deliver, and German restaurant guides in 2026 still put it at 13–14% and about 30%.

Your own agreement with Lieferando sets your rate. These are the ranges restaurants in Germany report paying.

Figures are estimates from the numbers you enter. Lieferando agreements differ by plan, location and volume, and platforms change their fees, so your Lieferando payout statement is the source of truth. Worth knowing
Same-price guarantee. Lieferando's terms say your prices, discounts, delivery fees and minimum orders on Lieferando must match those on your own online channels. If they don't, Lieferando can charge you the difference.
Prosus completed its takeover of Just Eat Takeaway.com, Lieferando's parent company, in October 2025. The announcement said nothing about restaurant terms.
