Editorial policy
How we research and check what we publish.
Every fact on our guides and comparison pages comes from a primary source, shown on the page with the date we read it. If we can't source a number, we don't state it. Found a mistake? Email help@mail.menuthere.com.

Who writes our pages
The Menuthere editorial team: the people who build and support Menuthere. It is the byline on our guides, docs and blog posts that carry no personal name.
We use AI tools to help research and draft pages. A page goes live only after its facts are matched to their sources and it passes our automated checks (sources present and dated, no unsupported claims, no hype words).
Primary sources, with dates
- We go to the source: a platform's own help or pricing pages (Meta for WhatsApp, each delivery app for its commission), a regulator for a rule or a licence, a company's own site for its product.
- Each page lists its sources with the publisher and the date the source shows, or the date we read it.
- A fact we can't source is not stated. Where a company doesn't publish a number, we say so instead of guessing.
- No invented statistics, rankings, reviews, customers or testimonials.
Dates you can trust
The "Updated" date on a page is the last time its content was checked or changed in substance. Commission and comparison pages also show the date their figures were checked. The same dates are in each page's structured data.
Corrections
Email help@mail.menuthere.com with the page link and what is wrong, with a source if you have one. We check it against the primary source; if the page is wrong, we correct it and update its date.
Companies we write about can ask us to update their facts the same way. Send a link to the page on your own site that shows the current figure.
