Yemeksepeti doesn't publish its commission in Turkey; each restaurant's rate is set in its contract. Public reports put it at roughly 25% to 40% when Yemeksepeti's Vale couriers deliver and 9% to 18% when you deliver yourself, with 20% VAT added on top. These figures are approximate.

Card processing
No separate card fee: since April 2026 Turkey's Ministry of Trade has barred food-ordering platforms from charging extra for payment processing.

Yes. Restaurants' 2026 statements show Yemeksepeti's commission and delivery fees charged before VAT, with 20% KDV added on the invoice, according to Varış Dijital: 32% becomes 38.4%.

Worth knowing
Ministry of Trade, April 2026. Food-ordering platforms must itemise every fee in the restaurant's seller panel, and may not charge extra for taking and passing on orders, payment processing or basic infrastructure. Campaigns, discounts and ads are voluntary, with no penalty for staying out. When you alone fund a discount, commission is charged on what the customer pays.
Competition Board. In January 2021 Turkey's Competition Board closed an investigation into Yemeksepeti, covering exclusivity, best-price clauses, compulsory Joker discounts, listing fees and its commission rates, after accepting binding commitments; one made Joker voluntary. In 2022 it looked at Yemeksepeti's commission rates again and found no competition concern.
Restaurant owners complained on Şikayetvar in 2026 of own-delivery commission rising from 9% to 12%, and of Vale rates around 38% including VAT.
Yemeksepeti belongs to Delivery Hero, which Uber agreed to buy in July 2026. It's one of 14 markets, mostly ones where Uber Eats already operates, that Delivery Hero agreed to sell to SSW Partners, an investment firm, once Uber's offer completes.
Its main rival is now Uber, which runs Uber Eats Trendyol Go and, since June 2026, owns Getir's food delivery business.
