Menuthere's yearly billing costs 10 months: Lite $170 a year, Pro $390 a year.

Square Online and Menuthere both charge no commission on direct orders. Square is built around its own POS and payments. Menuthere is a low-cost ordering system that runs on its own, apart from your till.
Where Square Online wins
- One system: online orders go into Square POS and print in the kitchen or show on Square KDS, and the menu stays in sync online and in store. Menuthere doesn't integrate with Square POS or any outside POS.
- A free plan that takes online card payments from day one, at 3.3% + 30¢. Menuthere's Free plan takes cash, pay at pickup or your own payment link; card payments start on Lite.
- On-demand courier delivery through Square's delivery partners, and DoorDash and Grubhub orders managed in the same place. Menuthere offers Uber Direct on your own account and doesn't take delivery-app orders.

Move your links and QR codes
Point your domain to Menuthere, update your Google Business Profile and print new table QR codes. Square says you can cancel or switch plans anytime. You can keep Square POS for in-person sales, but Menuthere orders won't show in it.
The bottom line
Pick Square Online if you already run Square POS, or plan to. Online orders land on the same till and kitchen screen, the menu stays in sync, and courier delivery and marketing sit in the same account. The Free plan costs nothing a month but charges 3.3% + 30¢ per online card payment, and QR table ordering needs Plus at $49 a month per location.
Pick Menuthere if you don't use Square, or you want QR table ordering without paying $49 a month for it. The Free plan includes QR table ordering, Lite is $17 a month with card payments on your own Stripe account, and Pro is $39 a month with WhatsApp ordering and loyalty. Menuthere doesn't integrate with Square POS. If you keep Square for in-person sales, Menuthere orders arrive in Menuthere's dashboard and app and print on a kitchen printer, not in Square.
