Deliverect pricing (2026): how it's really priced
Updated October 20, 2026
Short answer: Deliverect does not publish a public price list. On its own pricing pages it says cost is quoted to each business, based on your location, the scale of your digital operations, your number of locations, and which product you buy (Restaurants, Retail, Direct or Dispatch). In practice that means a per-location subscription fee, a one-time setup fee, and transactional fees on some plans. Any specific monthly figure you see on review sites is a third-party estimate, not a Deliverect-published rate — so ask Deliverect for a written quote before you budget. This page explains the model honestly and shows commission-free direct-ordering options.
Facts checked 21 October 2026.
In short
- No public price: Deliverect quotes each account individually.
- Pricing model: per-location subscription + one-time setup fee + transactional fees (on some plans).
- What drives cost: your market, order volume, number of sites, and the product line (Restaurants, Retail, Direct, Dispatch).
- Watch for: auto-renewing terms and notice periods — see our Deliverect alternatives page for the contract detail.
What Deliverect costs (the honest version)
Deliverect's own pricing pages do not list a monthly figure. They say pricing is "flexible" and based on your specific needs, and invite you to book a call for a quote. From Deliverect's published materials and terms, its pricing has three parts:
| Cost element | What it is |
|---|---|
| Per-location subscription | A monthly fee for each restaurant location, set in your quote |
| One-time setup fee | Charged before onboarding; amount set in your quote |
| Transactional fees | On some plans (for example Direct with Deliverect's payment processing), a fee on online orders, billed in arrears |
Because every account is quoted, the honest answer to "how much is Deliverect?" is: it depends on your market, volume, number of sites and products — get a written quote. Third-party sites quote varied monthly figures, but these are estimates, not Deliverect's published rates, and they differ from one another.
What to ask before you sign
Use this checklist when you get a Deliverect quote:
- Per-location fee — the exact monthly amount per site.
- Setup fee — the one-time amount and when it's charged.
- Transactional fees — whether online orders carry a percentage or per-order fee (especially on Direct).
- Which products are included — Restaurants, Retail, Direct and/or Dispatch; each is priced separately.
- Contract length and notice — subscription period, auto-renewal and how much notice to cancel. See our Deliverect alternatives and pricing page for the published contract structure.
- Price-increase terms — how much notice Deliverect gives before raising fees.
When Deliverect is worth it — and when it isn't
- Worth it: you run three or more delivery apps and a busy POS. Deliverect removes re-keying and keeps one menu in sync, which saves real staff time.
- Maybe not: you run one or two apps at modest volume. The app tablets plus a kitchen printer may be enough.
- Different problem entirely: if your goal is to grow commission-free direct orders, Deliverect Direct is an add-on with setup and transactional fees — a dedicated direct-ordering page is usually cheaper. See Menuthere vs Deliverect.
A commission-free direct-ordering option
If the reason you're pricing Deliverect is to cut delivery-app commission, start by growing your own orders:
- Menuthere gives you an ordering website and QR menu with 0% commission on direct orders, on a Free plan at US$0.
- Lite (US$17/mo) adds unlimited orders, delivery zones and Stripe payments; Pro (US$39/mo) adds WhatsApp ordering on your own number and your own riders with live tracking.
- No setup fee, no contract, no notice period.
Menuthere does not merge delivery-app orders or push them into a POS — that's Deliverect's job. But for taking more orders direct, it's a cheaper, contract-free route. To see how much you lose to the apps today, see talabat commission in the UAE.

FAQs
How much does Deliverect cost per month?
Deliverect does not publish a per-month price. It quotes each account based on your market, order volume, number of locations and the products you buy, with a per-location subscription, a one-time setup fee and transactional fees on some plans. Ask Deliverect for a written quote.
Does Deliverect have a setup fee?
Yes. Deliverect's model includes a one-time setup fee, set in your quote and charged before onboarding.
Is there a per-order fee on Deliverect?
On some plans — for example Deliverect Direct with Deliverect's payment processing — a transactional fee applies to online orders, billed in arrears. The rate is set in your quote.
Why do review sites show different Deliverect prices?
Because Deliverect quotes privately, third-party estimates vary and are not official rates. Treat any figure that isn't from Deliverect as an estimate, and confirm with a written quote.
Is there a cheaper way to take direct orders?
Yes. A dedicated direct-ordering page like Menuthere gives you a commission-free ordering website and QR menu on a Free plan, with WhatsApp ordering and your own riders on Pro (US$39/mo) — no setup fee and no contract. It does not replace Deliverect's delivery-app aggregation.
Does Menuthere integrate with delivery apps like Deliverect?
No. Menuthere is a direct ordering platform and does not merge delivery-app orders into a POS.
