Can a delivery app stop me from selling on another app too?

It depends on your contract and country. Uber Eats US says you can use it alongside another platform. noon Food says it will not create an exclusive relationship. Read your contract.
- UAE rule: exclusive deals are exempt from competition law only if freely agreed, with no penalty for dealing with other platforms.
- Exclusive deals must last at most 12 months and cover at most 10% of a platform's merchants.
- noon Food: the term is 1 year, renewing, and either side can end it with 30 days' written notice.
- Read the contract and its notice terms before you sign.
