Can I refund a Razorpay payment after six months?

Not with a normal refund. Razorpay says normal refunds are not possible for payments more than 6 months old. A normal refund reaches the customer within 5 to 7 working days.

• Money goes back to the original payment method.
• Razorpay also offers instant refunds, but they can sometimes fail because of the customer's account or bank.
• Bulk refunds can be uploaded as a file. They start processing after 70 minutes, and you can cancel before then.
• For an old payment, ask Razorpay support, and agree another way to repay the customer.
