Do Indian payment gateways charge setup or annual fees for a restaurant?

Razorpay and Cashfree both list a zero setup fee, and Razorpay lists zero annual maintenance. The main cost is a percentage fee on each successful payment.
- Razorpay: a 2% transaction fee on successful payments, with zero setup and zero annual maintenance.
- Cashfree: new merchants in its offer period pay zero gateway fees on their first ₹20 lakh, offer till 31 March 2027, with zero setup fee.
- Offers end, so check the rate you pay after the offer.

No commission, just the gateway's rate
