How long can a customer dispute a card payment?

Card networks typically let a cardholder dispute within 120 days. After a chargeback you usually have 7 to 21 days to respond.
- The card issuer usually takes 60 to 75 days to decide a dispute.
- For a product not received dispute, show the food was delivered or not yet due.
- You can also show that you already refunded the customer.
- Send receipts, give clear delivery estimates and tell customers about delays.
