Can customers order by replying to my WhatsApp Status?

Yes. A reply to your Status goes into a private chat with you, labelled as a Status reply, so it can become an order chat.

• Replies and reactions to a Status are sent to your shared chat with that customer and labelled as Status.
• Only people in your Status audience can reply to it.
• You will not see a reply if your privacy settings do not allow messages from that contact.
• Send your ordering link in your reply so the customer can pick dishes instead of typing the order.
