Can I send WhatsApp marketing offers to customers with US phone numbers?

Not at the moment. WhatsApp does not currently deliver marketing template messages to users with United States phone numbers (+1 with a US area code), and the send returns an error.
- Only marketing templates are blocked. Replies inside the 24-hour window and order updates are different message types.
- When a customer messages you, a 24-hour customer service window starts.
- When that window closes, you can only send pre-approved template messages.
Bring US customers back without marketing messages
Bring repeat orders back through your own ordering link and QR code. They take orders at 0% commission and need no marketing template.
