Do my customers need to download anything to order on WhatsApp?

Only WhatsApp itself, which most customers already have. They tap your link or scan your QR, and a chat with your restaurant opens. They do not need your app or an account.
- A link or QR code opens the chat from a phone camera or a message.
- A wa.me link can open the chat with an order message already typed.
- No account with you is needed to start an order.
- Keep a phone number for customers who prefer to call.
No app, no account, just tap and order
The Order Now button opens your menu in the phone's browser, already signed in. Customers install nothing and make no account, and the order reaches your dashboard.
