Do WhatsApp business broadcast message packs expire?

No. Message pack credits do not expire, but they cannot be refunded. Packs are currently only available on iOS.

• With business broadcasts you pay for each message delivered to a recipient you chose within five days of sending.
• Meta may review business broadcast messages before they go out.
• Prepaid funds or an accumulated balance pay for the messages.
• Check the pack price in the app before you buy, since refunds are not offered.
