How long do menu PDFs and photos I upload to the WhatsApp API stay available?

30 days. An uploaded file gets a media ID that expires after 30 days. Media a customer sends you through the API can be downloaded for only 7 days.
- Re-upload a menu PDF or dish photo you reuse, or send it by link instead.
- Save payment screenshots and photos customers send you within 7 days.
- Size limits: images up to 5 MB (JPEG, PNG) and documents up to 100 MB (PDF and others).
