Should I give customers my WhatsApp number or a WhatsApp order link?

Give a link or QR code. A wa.me link opens a chat in one tap with a ready message, so nobody types a number wrong.

• A wa.me link is the number in international format after wa.me/, with no zeroes, brackets or dashes.
• ?text= adds a ready-typed message, such as I want to order.
• The Business app makes a short link automatically: Tools, then Short link.
• You can still give the number for customers who prefer to call or save it.
