Where do replies to my WhatsApp broadcast go?

Each reply arrives as a normal one-to-one chat with you, not in a group. Only people who saved your number receive the broadcast.
- A broadcast list can hold up to 256 contacts, and you can make as many lists as you like.
- Write the offer so one short reply, such as YES, is enough.
- Answer each chat on its own, so keep your quick replies ready.
- If a customer has not saved your number, they will not get the message.
