Restaurant delivery management software has to answer three questions on every order: who is taking it, where are they now, and what should the customer pay for the ride. Customers never need to download anything. After ordering, they land on a tracking page that opens in any phone browser and shows where the order is. When one of your own riders is on the way, the page shows a live map with the rider’s position, so the customer does not have to call the counter to ask where the food is.

Delivery charges are set once and applied to every order. Choose a delivery radius, then price delivery with a first-kilometre charge plus a per-km rate, or with distance bands. The customer sees the charge at checkout, before paying. Customers outside the radius are asked to switch to takeaway instead of placing an order you cannot deliver. Because Menuthere takes 0% commission on every order, a delivery order costs you the ride, not a share of the bill.
