To name a ghost kitchen or virtual brand, set the business type to ghost kitchen, pick the food the brand will sell, and the generator below suggests 30 names you can shortlist. This page opens it on a modern, playful Asian-style delivery brand, with brand words like Food Co., Club and Kitchen Co. that look at home in an app's restaurant list. Run it once per brand if one kitchen will run several, and check each name before it goes live on an app.

Give each brand a different menu, not just a new name
On DoorDash, a virtual brand needs at least 50% of its main menu items to differ from the other menus at the same address, and new item names or photos alone don't count. Pick the menu first, then name the brand after what makes that menu different.
Keep the name clean and clearly yours
DoorDash asks for family-friendly language in store names, item names and descriptions, and it deactivates virtual brands that copy the name, logo or menu of a real restaurant. Edgy puns and look-alike names of famous places are a risk, so leave them off the shortlist.
Name a family of brands, or keep them apart
One kitchen often runs a burger brand, a wings brand and a bowls brand. Decide whether customers should see they belong together, with a shared word like Kitchen Co., or keep them fully separate. Write it down before you generate, so the names follow one plan.
