The best cloud kitchen software, scored

A cloud kitchen runs several delivery-only brands from one site, so its software has to pull orders from Swiggy, Zomato, Uber Eats, Grab and others onto one screen, run a POS, and often take the kitchen's own direct orders too. These seven do that. All take 0% commission on the kitchen's own direct orders; most quote by the number of brands and outlets, and a few publish a plan price.

1. Foodics

Restaurants, cafes and cloud kitchens in Saudi Arabia and the Gulf that want a POS with their own commission-free ordering website and app.

Foodics is a cloud POS from Riyadh with a dedicated Cloud Kitchen plan, and Foodics Online is its commission-free ordering website, branded app and QR menu feeding the POS and kitchen screen, with delivery-app orders on one screen. The Cloud Kitchen plan is SAR 612 a month (Basic) or SAR 936 (Advanced, with web store and app).

Saudi Arabia: the Foodics Online payment gateway, powered by Checkout, takes Mada, Visa, Mastercard and Apple Pay after an e-KYC form; the Online Features page says settlements arrive in 2 to 3 business days (a March 2025 help article says 2 to 4). Egypt: Paymob through the MoneyHash integration, with Visa, Mastercard or cash on delivery. Tap Payments (cards and Apple Pay) can also be installed. Foodics Pay, Foodics' own payment service, covers the payment terminal, kiosk, pay at table, pay by link and online orders, taking Mada, Visa, Mastercard, Amex and digital wallets.

Includes: Own ordering website · QR table ordering · Pickup · Delivery orders · Your own drivers · Scheduled orders · Online payments · POS · Loyalty · Marketing tools · Branded app · Delivery-app integration · Multiple locations · Menu translation

  • Foodics Online is commission-free and has no setup costs for the website and app. The store can run on the restaurant's own domain (Foodics Online page, Online Features page).
  • Orders sync straight to the Foodics POS and kitchen display. Restaurants can deliver with their own drivers through a Driver App, or use a built-in delivery aggregator integration (Online Features page).
  • Offers a branded iOS and Android ordering app, QR table ordering, scheduled orders, loyalty points, coupons and push notifications, with menus in Arabic and English (Online Features page).
  • The online web store is not in the cheapest bundle. In Saudi Arabia it starts with Basic at SAR 742 a month billed annually, and the branded app and online loyalty need Advanced at SAR 1,133 (Foodics pricing page).
  • No stand-alone online ordering plan is published. Foodics Online works with the Foodics POS and is sold inside its bundles or as an add-on to them (Foodics pricing pages, Online UAE page).
  • Hardware is not in the listed prices. Foodics sends a quote based on the restaurant's hardware and software after a demo (Foodics pricing page).

2. klikit

Multi-brand chains and cloud kitchens in Southeast Asia that sell on GrabFood, foodpanda and other apps and want those orders, a POS and their own webshop on one device.

klikit is a Singapore operating system that brings orders from 50+ delivery apps onto one device, with a POS, kitchen display and a branded Webshop for the kitchen's own customers. It quotes by package (Core, Omni, Grow); the Webshop charges a service fee on the basket of 2% dine-in, 3% pickup and 5% delivery, on top of the gateway fee.

Price

Webshop service fee on the basket: 2% for dine-in, 3% for pickup and 5% for delivery orders, on top of the payment gateway fee (MDR) (help centre). klikit says the fee can be charged to the customer, to the restaurant or split between them. The Webshop product page advertises '0% commission fees' and says 'No commission fees ever', but klikit's help centre lists these service fees and its own Oddle comparison page describes its pricing as a monthly subscription 'plus a small take-rate on orders'.
Online payments
klikit's gateway partners take Webshop payments: Xendit in Indonesia and the Philippines (weekly payouts, or settled funds in 2–5 days through XenPlatform) and Stripe Connect in Singapore, Malaysia and Australia (settled funds in 2–5 days). The Payments page also names CIMB Niaga, and klikit's country pages list local methods such as GCash and Maya (Philippines), GoPay, OVO and Dana (Indonesia), PromptPay and TrueMoney (Thailand), PayNow and PayLah! (Singapore), LINE Pay and JKoPay (Taiwan) and PayPay (Japan). Webshops can be pre-pay or pay-after. klikit support can switch on cash payment for each branch, but the restaurant cannot turn it on itself.

Includes: Own ordering website · QR table ordering · Pickup · Delivery orders · Your own drivers · Scheduled orders · Online payments · POS · Loyalty · Marketing tools · Delivery-app integration · Multiple locations · Menu translation · Reservations

  • Orders from 50+ delivery platforms go to one dashboard, with one menu that syncs to every channel. Named platforms include GrabFood, foodpanda, GoFood, ShopeeFood, Uber Eats, Deliveroo, Wolt and Demaecan (klikit Integrations page, help centre).
  • One Webshop takes dine-in table QR, pickup and delivery orders. In the Philippines, Indonesia and Singapore, klikit books a GrabExpress rider for Webshop delivery orders and the customer pays the delivery fee. Once support turns it on, restaurants can switch the default between their own riders and third-party delivery (help centre).
  • The POS (with offline mode), kitchen display, reservations, kiosk, CRM, loyalty and SMS, email and push campaigns are on the same platform (klikit Packages and product pages).
  • Not commission-free, although the Webshop page says '0% commission fees'. Webshop orders carry a klikit service fee of 2% (dine-in), 3% (pickup) or 5% (delivery) on the basket, plus the gateway fee (klikit help centre).
  • No prices are published. Every package is quote-only, priced as a flat fee per location per month, and sold through a demo rather than a self-serve sign-up (klikit Packages page, help centre).
  • The restaurant cannot change many Webshop settings itself. Delivery methods, the payment flow, the cash option, who pays the service fee, auto-accept and driver lookup are changed by klikit support (klikit help centre).

3. Deliverect

Multi-location chains, QSR brands and dark kitchens that already use Deliverect for delivery apps and want their own branded ordering channel on the same system.

Deliverect is best known for connecting delivery apps to restaurant POS systems; Deliverect Direct adds the kitchen's own branded ordering website and app, QR ordering, ordering from Instagram, Facebook and Google, WhatsApp offers and loyalty, with orders sent straight into the POS. It quotes rather than publishing, on subscription periods from 30 days to 12 months.

Not published. Deliverect's terms say that when Direct is sold on a hybrid fee, a transactional fee applies to online orders paid through the payment processing used with Direct, on top of the subscription. The rate is set in the quote.
Online payments
Dpay (Deliverect Pay), Deliverect's own white-labelled payment solution (the Online Ordering page says Deliverect Pay is powered by Adyen), takes Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Apple Pay and Google Pay, plus regional methods such as iDEAL, Bancontact, Cartes Bancaires, eftpos, JCB and ACH Direct Debit. Restaurants with an existing provider can connect it through Deliverect Gateway, and enterprises can use the Pay API. Offline methods (cash, card, invoice) can also be set up.

Includes: Own ordering website · QR table ordering · Pickup · Delivery orders · Your own drivers · Scheduled orders · Online payments · Loyalty · Marketing tools · WhatsApp ordering or updates · Branded app · Delivery-app integration · Multiple locations · Menu translation

  • Orders from the restaurant's own website, app, table QR codes and social channels go straight into its POS, in the same dashboard as delivery-app orders. Deliverect lists POS integrations such as Toast, Lightspeed, Square and Oracle Micros Simphony (Deliverect Direct page).
  • Covers the whole direct channel: a branded website that can use the restaurant's own domain, table QR ordering, ordering from Instagram and Facebook, offers sent on WhatsApp, delivery and pickup on the Google profile, pre-order slots, delivery zones with a fee per zone, coupons, cashback loyalty and email or SMS campaigns (Direct, Online Ordering, Social Media Ordering and Marketing & Loyalty pages; help centre).
  • Restaurants can use Deliverect's own payments (Dpay: cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay and regional methods) or connect the payment provider they already have through Deliverect Gateway (Dpay page).
  • No published price for Direct. The pricing page only offers 'Get a Quote', and the Online Ordering FAQ says pricing varies by market (Deliverect pricing and Online Ordering pages).
  • Its terms allow a transactional fee on online orders paid through Deliverect's payment processing, on top of the subscription (the hybrid fee). The subscription is paid upfront, fees are non-refundable, and fees can be raised with 30 days' notice (terms of service).
  • Subscriptions renew automatically. A 12-month term needs 90 days' notice to cancel, and data is permanently removed after the subscription ends (terms of service, 'Cancel a subscription' help article).

4. Meraki by UrbanPiper

Restaurant chains and cloud kitchens in India, the Gulf, the UK and North America that already use UrbanPiper for delivery apps and want a branded website and app on the same system.

Meraki by UrbanPiper builds a kitchen's own branded ordering website and app with coupons, loyalty and campaigns, run from the same dashboard as UrbanPiper Hub, which connects delivery apps to the POS, at 0% commission on direct orders. It quotes by the scale of the business and order volumes after a demo, on a monthly subscription.

The restaurant connects its own gateway in Atlas (Meraki > Payments), for all outlets or per outlet. UrbanPiper's regional list: India: Razorpay, PhonePe, Instamojo, Paytm Blink, Stripe. Middle East and Saudi Arabia: PaymentOS, Paystack, PayTabs, Stripe. UK: Paystack, FreedomPay, Stripe. Latin America: PaymentOS, PayU Latam, MercadoPago, Stripe. US and Canada: PaymentOS, FreedomPay, Stripe. Cash on delivery and wallet or loyalty-point payments can also be switched on.

Includes: Own ordering website · Delivery orders · Your own drivers · Online payments · Loyalty · Marketing tools · Branded app · Delivery-app integration · Multiple locations

  • Builds the restaurant its own ordering website and mobile app, on its own domain, and UrbanPiper says there is no commission on those orders (Meraki page and FAQ; help centre).
  • Marketing is built in: SMS, email and app push campaigns with personalised fields, loyalty points and a customer wallet, and coupons including buy-one-get-one and buy-X-get-Y offers (UrbanPiper help centre).
  • Runs on the same platform as UrbanPiper Hub, which brings orders from Swiggy, Zomato, Talabat, Deliveroo and other delivery apps into the restaurant's existing POS. Meraki orders also go straight to the POS (UrbanPiper US site; Ordermark acquisition post).
  • No published prices. The price depends on business size and order volumes, and UrbanPiper gives a quote only after a demo (Meraki FAQ; UrbanPiper US FAQ).
  • No self-serve sign-up. Restaurants fill in a form and a product expert contacts them (Meraki FAQ).
  • On cancellation, the full month in which it takes effect is charged, portal access ends a week after the cancellation date, and data is permanently removed, so reports must be downloaded first (UrbanPiper help centre).

5. DotPe

Indian cloud kitchens and chains that want one POS for billing, inventory and Swiggy/Zomato orders, plus their own commission-free ordering website and QR ordering.

DotPe is built around its Rista POS for billing, kitchen tickets, inventory, CRM and loyalty, and the same system runs the kitchen's own ordering website and QR ordering with zero commission on direct orders, connecting to Swiggy, Zomato and ONDC. It quotes after a free walkthrough.

DotPe does not name the gateway behind its ordering website or publish any rates. Its terms list credit card, debit card and UPI as the payment options for dine-in and takeaway orders placed through DotPe. With Rista's QR table ordering, diners pay from their own phones. The Rista Billing app listing says the POS works with the PhonePe, Paytm, Razorpay and PayPhi gateways.

Includes: Own ordering website · QR table ordering · Pickup · Delivery orders · Your own drivers · Online payments · POS · Loyalty · Marketing tools · WhatsApp ordering or updates · Delivery-app integration · Multiple locations · Reservations

  • One system covers the POS (billing, KOT, inventory, CRM, loyalty, reservations) and direct ordering: a branded online store with pickup and delivery, and table QR ordering where diners can place several orders, keep a tab open and pay from their phones. DotPe takes zero commission on these direct orders (Dotpe AI landing page, Rista POS page, Rista direct-ordering page).
  • Integrates with Swiggy and Zomato, and Rista also lists ONDC. Orders, menus, prices, stock and deals are managed from one dashboard, and items can be marked out of stock on every channel at once (DotPe F&B page, Rista site).
  • Widely used in India: DotPe says 50,000+ restaurants run on it, and its LinkedIn page says over 55,000 outlets across India. Named customers include The ThickShake Factory, Biryani Blues and Wat-a-Burger, and DotPe provided contactless ordering for McDonald's India (North & East) in 2020 (Dotpe AI landing page, DotPe home and press pages, DotPe LinkedIn).
  • No published prices. DotPe sells through a call-back and demo, and quotes by outlets and modules. Third-party listings put Rista at ₹10,000 to ₹20,000 per licence per store (SoftwareSuggest) or ₹100,000 a year (Techjockey) (Dotpe AI landing page, SoftwareSuggest, Techjockey).
  • Sold in India only. Demo forms take a 10-digit Indian mobile number (+91), and DotPe's LinkedIn page says it powers outlets across India and that 'The Middle East is next' (Dotpe AI landing page, DotPe LinkedIn).
  • Product details are thin on the main site. On dotpe.in, the menu entries for POS, Marketing, Deliveries & Logistics, Payments, In-Store Solution and WhatsApp for Business all say 'Website in development' (dotpe.in F&B page).

6. LimeTray

Restaurant brands in India and the Gulf that want an ordering website and app tied to a POS, aggregator order management, loyalty and CRM from one vendor.

LimeTray gives restaurants their own commission-free ordering website and branded apps, alongside a cloud POS, an order manager for Swiggy, Zomato and Uber Eats orders (Merge), reservations, loyalty and CRM. It has no public price list; its terms say subscriptions start from AED 200 a month and vary by product.

LimeTray says its ordering page comes integrated with multiple online payment options and mobile wallets, but does not name the gateways or their fees. Its table reservation pages can take online payments for cover charges and tickets.

Includes: Own ordering website · Delivery orders · Scheduled orders · Online payments · POS · Loyalty · Marketing tools · Branded app · Delivery-app integration · Multiple locations · Reservations

  • Commission-free: LimeTray's online ordering page says restaurants pay no commission on orders from their own website and there is no limit on the number of orders.
  • One supplier for an ordering website, branded Android and iOS apps, a cloud POS that keeps working offline, table reservations, loyalty points, CRM campaigns by email, SMS and push, and feedback forms (LimeTray products, POS and CRM pages).
  • Merge brings Swiggy, Zomato and Uber Eats orders onto the LimeTray POS and lets staff switch items or whole outlets on and off on those apps (LimeTray integrations and order management pages).
  • No public price list or self-serve sign-up: every product is sold after a demo, and the only published figure is 'from AED 200 a month' in LimeTray's Terms, which varies by product.
  • LimeTray's product pages do not mention QR table ordering, WhatsApp ordering or menu translation.
  • LimeTray's support page says ticket updates arrive in 48 to 72 hours, on working business days only.

7. Chowly

Independent US restaurants and small groups already on a POS such as Toast or Square that want delivery-app orders, direct ordering and marketing in one dashboard.

Chowly began by sending DoorDash, Uber Eats, Grubhub and other delivery-app orders into the restaurant's POS, and now adds a commission-free ordering website on the kitchen's own domain, branded apps, loyalty and marketing. It quotes by locations and products; direct orders are 0% commission, but Google Ordering carries up to 10%.

Diners pay online by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay. Payments on direct orders go through the restaurant's own payment processor (Chowly calls itself processor-agnostic, and its diner terms say the merchant's payment processor handles payment). Orders through Google Ordering pay Chowly's payment processing partner 2.9% + $0.30. For delivery, Chowly's terms list Nash Technologies as a courier vendor it may use.

Includes: Own ordering website · Pickup · Delivery orders · Your own drivers · Online payments · Loyalty · Marketing tools · Branded app · Delivery-app integration · Multiple locations

  • 0% commission on direct orders placed on the restaurant's own domain, and payments settle through the restaurant's existing processor, so it keeps its negotiated card rates (Chowly online ordering page, Chowly vs Owner.com page).
  • Connects more than 150 delivery apps, including DoorDash, Uber Eats and Grubhub, to more than 50 POS systems such as Toast, Square, Clover and Aloha, with menu changes and sold-out items synced in real time; Chowly is a DoorDash Preferred Integration Partner (3rd Party Integration page).
  • Loyalty points earned online can be redeemed at the register through the POS, and Chowly builds branded iOS and Android ordering apps with push notifications (Loyalty Program and Mobile App pages).
  • No published prices: Chowly quotes each restaurant after a demo, and its own buyer's guide lists this as a drawback (Chowly comparison pages; Chowly blog, 8 July 2026).
  • Every location pays a one-time setup fee and a monthly fee with a $35 minimum unless otherwise specified, and annual plans renew automatically unless cancelled at least 60 days before the term ends (Chowly restaurant terms).
  • Orders through Google Ordering cost up to 10% of the base order value to Chowly plus 2.9% + $0.30 in processing, and the terms let Chowly collect extra fees from diners on first-party orders (Chowly restaurant terms).

How we scored them

Every score, so you can check the order.

Ranked by total score. Foodics leads on 9 because it publishes a plan built for cloud kitchens; LimeTray scores 8 but quotes rather than publishing, so it sits below the published options. Ties are broken by whether delivery-app order management is a core feature and the lowest published price; a price that isn't published comes last. Menuthere is not ranked because it does not integrate delivery apps.

When a rival is the better choice

Pick another system over Menuthere if…

  • Foodics: You run a cloud kitchen in Saudi Arabia or the Gulf and want a published plan built for cloud kitchens with your own ordering website.
  • klikit: You are a multi-brand kitchen in Southeast Asia on GrabFood or foodpanda and want 50+ apps, a POS and your own webshop on one device.
  • Deliverect: You already run Deliverect for delivery-app orders across many outlets and want your own branded ordering channel on the same system.
  • Meraki by UrbanPiper: You already run UrbanPiper Hub for delivery apps and want a branded website and app on the same dashboard, across India, the Gulf or the West.
  • DotPe: You run cloud kitchens in India and want Swiggy and Zomato orders, billing and your own ordering site on one POS, and a quote is acceptable.
  • LimeTray: You run brands in India or the Gulf and want aggregator order management, a branded app and CRM from one vendor, with a quote after a demo.
  • Chowly: You are a US kitchen already on Toast or Square and want delivery-app orders, direct ordering and marketing in one dashboard.

How we chose them

What put a system on this list.

  • A system qualifies if its dated profile on Menuthere shows delivery-app order integration — bringing orders from Swiggy, Zomato, Uber Eats, Grab or similar onto one screen — plus its own ordering channel, and it is active.
  • Each system is scored on five criteria worth up to 2 points each (10 in all). The rubric and every score are in the table above, and each point comes from a fact in the system's profile. Card processing is left out because every system charges it.
  • Menuthere, which publishes this list, is not ranked. It runs a restaurant's own ordering website, QR menu and a basic POS add-on with 0% commission, but it does not integrate delivery apps such as Swiggy, Zomato or Uber Eats, which is the core of cloud-kitchen software. A kitchen that mainly wants its own direct-ordering page can still use Menuthere from the Free plan.
  • Prices are each company's own published prices on the date in its profile. Where a company publishes no price, the table shows a dash.
  • Nobody paid to be on this list. Prices change: check each company's own page before you sign.

Questions

Answered, plainly.

Software that runs a delivery-only kitchen. Because a cloud kitchen often sells several brands on several delivery apps, the software's main job is to pull orders from Swiggy, Zomato, Uber Eats, Grab and others onto one screen, alongside a POS and, usually, the kitchen's own direct-ordering page, so staff aren't juggling a tablet per app.

Foodics publishes a Cloud Kitchen plan (SAR 612 Basic or SAR 936 Advanced a month in Saudi Arabia). klikit publishes its Webshop basket fees (2% dine-in, 3% pickup, 5% delivery), and LimeTray's terms say subscriptions start from AED 200 a month. Deliverect, UrbanPiper, DotPe and Chowly quote by the number of brands, outlets and products.

On the kitchen's own direct orders, these platforms take 0% commission (klikit charges a service fee on the Webshop basket, and Chowly charges up to 10% only on Google Ordering). Orders that come through a delivery app still carry that app's own commission, which the software manages but does not remove.

Menuthere publishes this list and runs a restaurant's own ordering website, QR menu and a basic POS add-on with 0% commission, but it does not integrate delivery apps such as Swiggy, Zomato or Uber Eats — which is the core of cloud-kitchen software. A kitchen that mainly wants its own direct-ordering page can still use Menuthere from the Free plan.

Yes — that is the point of the systems here. klikit, Deliverect, UrbanPiper, DotPe, LimeTray and Chowly all bring delivery-app orders onto one screen and also run the kitchen's own branded ordering channel. Foodics focuses on its POS and own ordering, with delivery-app orders on the same screen.
