Rappi doesn't publish its commission in Colombia; it shows your rate during sign-up and says it depends on things like your number of branches and your region. Public reports put it at roughly 15% to 35% of the order, plus IVA, with 2026 reports clustering at 27% to 32%, so treat these figures as approximate.

Worth knowing
In 2023 Acodrés complained to DIAN, the tax authority, that restaurants pay the 8% consumption tax (impoconsumo) on what's left after Rappi's commission rather than on the full price, and argued Rappi should collect it.
