Uber Eats charges restaurants in Turkey 32% of the order when its couriers deliver, 10% when you deliver with your own couriers and 8% on pickup. Card processing is included. Uber Eats took over Trendyol Go, and the app is now called Uber Eats Trendyol Go.

Card processing
Included in the commission. Uber Eats lists payment processing in every plan, and since April 2026 Turkey's Ministry of Trade has barred food-ordering platforms from charging extra for it.

Worth knowing
Ministry of Trade, April 2026. Food-ordering platforms must itemise every fee in the restaurant's seller panel, and may not charge extra for taking and passing on orders, payment processing or basic infrastructure. Campaigns, discounts and ads are voluntary, with no penalty for staying out. When you alone fund a discount, commission is charged on what the customer pays.
Uber completed its purchase of 85% of Trendyol Go, Trendyol's food and grocery delivery app, on 17 June 2025. The app now runs as Uber Eats Trendyol Go.
Turkey's Competition Board cleared Uber's takeover of Getir's food and grocery delivery businesses on 19 June 2026, with a commitment to invest $500 million in Turkey. Uber plans to combine Getir's delivery network with its own.
Uber also agreed in July 2026 to buy Delivery Hero, Yemeksepeti's owner, but Yemeksepeti is among the businesses Delivery Hero agreed to sell to SSW Partners, an investment firm, instead.
Uber's Turkish pricing page doesn't say whether VAT (KDV) is added to its fees.
