Deliveroo Restaurant Hub (Partner Hub): a UK owner's guide
Updated 19 October 2026
Short answer: Deliveroo Restaurant Hub, now called Partner Hub, is the online account where Deliveroo restaurant partners run their business. You use it to edit your menu, set opening hours, view orders and reports, download invoices, run offers and ads, reply to reviews, manage staff logins and contact support. You log in on the web or in the Hub app with the details Deliveroo sends when you join.
This guide walks through each part of Hub from the owner's side. It also shows how to read the money lines on your reports, and how to use Deliveroo for new customers while keeping your regulars on your own channel.
Checked 11 October 2026 against Deliveroo's partner site and UK Help Centre. Hub menu names change from time to time, so follow the labels on your own screen.
Restaurant Hub or Partner Hub?
They're the same thing. Deliveroo's older pages and many owners say Restaurant Hub. Newer pages and the Help Centre say Partner Hub, because grocers and shops use it too. Deliveroo describes it as a one-stop shop to manage your business on the platform.
How to log in to Deliveroo Hub
- Open the Hub link from Deliveroo's own partner site (merchants.deliveroo.com). Deliveroo's contact page links to both partner-hub.deliveroo.com/login and restaurant-hub.deliveroo.net/login.
- Enter the email and password set up during onboarding.
- Complete the extra security step if you've turned on multi-factor authentication (MFA). Deliveroo recommends it.
Forgot your password? Use the reset link on the log-in page. Locked out? Deliveroo's partner phone line, +44 (0)20 7138 9037, covers Hub log-in queries.
On your phone: Deliveroo says you can track your performance on desktop and in its mobile app.
Stay safe: type the address yourself or use Deliveroo's own site. Ignore emails or calls that ask for your Hub password or bank details.

Menu Manager
Menu Manager is where your Deliveroo menu lives. You can:
- add, edit and remove items and categories
- upload your own hero and item photos
- add allergens, calories, portion size and dietary tags
- schedule different menus (for example lunch and evening)
- mark items as unavailable when you run out
- bulk-edit items with a CSV upload
Allergens matter. UK law says allergen information must be available before an online customer buys and again when the food arrives. Keep your Deliveroo menu in line with your allergen matrix.
If your account doesn't have Menu Manager access, you can request changes with the "Get in touch" form on the Help page in Hub. Deliveroo's Help Centre says edits made that way can take up to 3 days.
Opening hours
Set your weekly hours, schedule days off and make one-off changes in Hub. Deliveroo also offers an "Open Reminder" notification and auto-open, so you don't miss trade after a slow start.
Reports
Go to Reports and create a new report. Deliveroo lists six types:
| Report | What it shows |
|---|---|
| Performance | Sales, orders and average rating |
| Availability | Open rate against expected hours, and rejected orders |
| Customer | Menu conversion, new and repeat customers, offer orders |
| Speed | Prep time, rider wait, auto-accept and busy mode use |
| Orders | Each order with subtotal, Deliveroo commission and VAT on commission |
| Items Sold | Quantity and sales for each menu item |
You can pick up to 90 days within the last year. Downloads are deleted after 90 days, so save them somewhere safe.
Teams (users)
Go to Teams, choose Invite a new member, pick a role and the sites they can see, then send. Removing someone ends their access to Hub and related devices straight away.
Bag fee
In Settings → Bag fee, admin users can turn on a bag charge for single-use bags. The legal minimums are 10p in England (single-use plastic bags only) and Scotland, and 5p in Wales. Northern Ireland's charge doesn't apply to takeaway food or drinks, according to Deliveroo's UK article.
Reading the money: Deliveroo service fee, VAT and invoices
In Deliveroo's partner terms, the service fee is the commission you pay. It's a percentage of the order value including VAT, plus 20% VAT. The only published rate is 35% + VAT for Marketplace+ restaurants with Deliveroo riders. Your own rate is in your agreement.
Customers also see a service fee at checkout. That one is charged to the customer by Deliveroo. It isn't taken from your food sales.
Each week:
- Download the Orders report for Monday to Sunday.
- Add up the commission and VAT on commission columns.
- Check them against your invoice and Thursday's payment.
- Look for refunds. Dispute any you disagree with within 7 days, or they usually stand.
Quick check: on a £25 order at 35%, the report should show £8.75 commission and £1.75 VAT. You receive £14.50. For a full breakdown and a calculator, see Deliveroo fees for restaurants.
A 10-minute weekly Hub routine
- Download the Orders report and reconcile it with Thursday's payment
- Dispute wrong refunds (7-day window)
- Read new reviews and reply to the low ones
- Check the Availability report: were you offline when you should have been open?
- Check the Speed report: is prep time creeping up?
- Review Marketer offers: did they bring profit or just discounts?
- Check Items Sold: drop slow sellers, push your best margins
- Remove any staff who have left from Teams
Use Hub data, but keep regulars on your own channel
Hub's Customer report shows how many orders come from repeat customers. Each of those repeat orders still pays commission.
Deliveroo's terms say you may only use order details to fulfil that Deliveroo order. So don't copy names or numbers into your own lists. Instead:
- Give walk-ins and phone customers your own ordering link. A QR code on the counter, window and table.
- Put the link on Google. Add it as the order link on your Google Business Profile. On Lite and above, Menuthere can push your menu to Google.
- Take those orders at 0% commission. A commission-free online ordering system like Menuthere takes collection, delivery and dine-in orders from one menu. The Free plan covers 50 orders a month, and card payments go to your own Stripe account on Lite and above. On every plan, including Free, you can tag the 14 UK allergens, calories and a halal mark on each dish, and customers see them when they open it.
Keep Deliveroo for new customers and take repeat orders yourself.
