Menuthere vs Bart
Bart ('the mobile waiter') is a Hungarian QR ordering and payment system for restaurants, cafés, bars, nightclubs, stadiums and festivals. Guests scan a QR code and order and pay in the browser or the Bart app, including by SZÉP card, and the system handles NTAK data reporting. Prices are not published: set-up is free, and each venue agrees either a fixed monthly fee or a per-transaction success fee in its contract.
Quote only
Quote only. Bart publishes two models: a transaction-based 'success fee' model, or a fixed monthly fee at custom pricing. Neither rate is published. Set-up costs 0 Ft (€0). The site says Bart is 'not a completely free QR menu service' and sends venues that want a free QR menu to its sister product ScanMe. Hungary's NTAK software register lists 'Bart - A mobilpincér v1.0.3' with a net base price of 'under 5,000 Ft' (no period stated) and no free version.
Success-fee per transaction (rate not published) or fixed monthly with no %
Depends on the contract. Under the success-fee model Bart charges a cost per transaction, at a rate it does not publish. Bart says the fixed monthly model has 'no percentage commissions'.
No lock-in, no hidden fees; contract terms not published
The website FAQ says there is no lock-in period ('nincs hűségidő') and no hidden fees. Venues sign a contract before go-live, and its terms are not published.
None; team helps upload menu and configure system
None: '0 Ft' set-up cost (€0 on the English page). Bart's team helps upload the digital menu and configure the system.
