No per-order commission is published for dine-in QR or takeaway orders, but the help centre says settlement payouts deduct technology and payment gateway charges as set in each contract; rates not published on orders. Menuthere vs EasyEat
EasyEat is a Malaysian restaurant POS built around QR table ordering: diners scan, order and pay at the table and the order goes straight to the kitchen, with takeaway, delivery, loyalty, SMS marketing, inventory and multi-outlet tools in the same system. It is sold to restaurants, cafés, food courts and chains in Malaysia, and has an Indonesian site and office. Prices are not published: it is sold after a demo on a 12-month contract with a one-time setup fee, and EasyEat's blog says it charges 6.75% on delivery orders, payment gateway included.

Not published. EasyEat has no pricing page and sells after a demo. The merchant contract says the licence fee is set in each signed contract, plus a one-time setup fee for onboarding and on-site training, delivery charges, and a payment gateway fee on money EasyEat processes for delivery orders. There are two tiers, EasyEat Lite and EasyEat Pro: QR ordering, next-day settlement, customer data, loyalty and split bills are Pro-only (EasyEat blog, October 2024). SMS campaigns cost RM0.10 per SMS, and the system can be bought in instalments through Atome (EasyEat blog, September 2025). A competitor's comparison (StoreHub, March 2025) says EasyEat starts at RM125 a month (Lite) or RM299 a month (Pro); EasyEat does not publish these figures. An August 2024 EasyEat blog post advertised a free POS with a digital menu; the current restaurant site shows no free plan.
