Hypersoft sells industry packages built on the required ePOS-Basis licence (POS, customer database, CloudBOX/TSE archive, back office) plus touchpoints and add-ons such as eCommerce, Delivery, Self-Order-Terminal, Mobile App and Booking; prices come from Hypersoft directly. Billed monthly (3-month term) or yearly (12-month term, with a discount). Webshop orders, web vouchers, loyalty, digital receipts, Deliverect orders and eCommerce API payments count as usage 'activities', billed by the agreed package: up to 2,000 a month €0, up to 8,000 €59, up to 17,000 €99, up to 50,000 €189. One-off services from the published catalogues, excluding VAT (the Swiss catalogue also lists euro prices): table-ordering setup €600 (Germany/Austria) or €720 (Switzerland), self-order-terminal setup €525 / €630, potential workshop €2,200 / €2,500.

No percentage published for the current ePOS licence model, where each webshop order counts as one billable 'activity' (see tiers). Hypersoft's documentation of its older UX licence model lists a success commission of 0.1% to 3.0% of webshop order value on top of per-order fees, depending on the tariff.

Monthly model: 3-month term, billed monthly, 3 months' notice. Yearly model: 12-month term, billed once a year, 12 months' notice (licence documentation). The terms (AGB v3.0) let Hypersoft pass on cost increases, with a right to cancel if prices rise more than 3% in a contract year, allow a deposit of six months' net rent on rented hardware, and apply to business customers only.

No general setup fee published; configuration and training are charged from the service catalogues (one-off, excluding VAT; most items need a valid software maintenance contract): table ordering €600 (DE/AT) or €720 (CH), self-order terminal €525 / €630, hands-on menu support €675 / €810, POS training €263 / €315, potential workshop €2,200 / €2,500 with a 50% deposit.
