Menuthere vs LOKE
LOKE is a white-label ordering, payments, loyalty and marketing platform for restaurants, pubs, bars and cafés. It was founded in Adelaide, Australia in 2014; its parent company, LOKE Group Limited, is a UK company. It builds branded mobile apps and web ordering for pickup, delivery, order-at-table and pay-at-table, connected to the venue's POS, for clients from independent pubs to chains such as Jet's Pizza. Pricing is quote-only: setup, platform-use and transaction fees are set in each merchant's term sheet, and diners pay a LOKE platform fee on each order.

The merchant agreements say fees are set in each merchant's Term Sheet: a Platform Setup Fee and Initial Platform Training Fee (if any), a Platform Use Fee per account or location, and Transaction Fees. If the merchant ends it, the merchant pays fees up to the date termination takes effect, with transaction fees for the notice period at no less than the merchant's six-month monthly average. UK agreement: renews for 12-month terms unless three months' notice is given before the end of a term; after the initial term, either side can end it with three months' notice.
Setup and training fees per term sheet, not published, non-refundable
A Platform Setup Fee and an Initial Platform Training Fee as set in the Term Sheet (if any). Amounts are not published. Prepaid setup and customisation fees are non-refundable. A branded iOS app is published under the merchant's own Apple Developer account, and the merchant pays Apple's yearly fee.
