Mlsni.to alternatives for restaurants.

No monthly fee or subscription: a flat 9% commission, excluding 21% VAT, on the final price of each online order (price list example: 45 CZK + VAT = 54.45 CZK on a 500 CZK order). The price list says the fee covers, among other things, SMS and email fees, hosting, maintenance, updates and security, and that there are no other fees for using the app. Billed at the start of each month for the previous month by pro-forma invoice, payable in 14 days. The home page offers to set it up free ('Vyzkoušet zdarma', 'Vytvořte si svoje ZDARMA') with activation within 48 hours; no setup price is published.

The commission price list states no minimum term: the restaurant can stop using Mlsni.to at any time, and start again, with no one-off entry or exit fees, and a change to the commission must be announced at least 60 days ahead by email and data box. The general terms linked in the footer (BEE SITE:ES a.s., version 1.0, 3 February 2018) say orders of services are binding, can be cancelled free only within 24 hours, and after that carry a cancellation fee of at least 70% of the ordered price.
