POMPKINS is a Bangkok-based ordering system that lets Thai restaurants take orders on LINE: the restaurant sets up its shop through the @pompkinsmerchant LINE account, shares a shop link or table QR code, and customers order and pay inside LINE for pickup, the restaurant's own delivery or a Lalamove rider. A free Merchant app for iOS and Android adds a kitchen printer, a POS mode with tables and bills, a kitchen view and table booking, and a web back office (POMPKINS Portal) handles menus, sales reports, the POMPOM CLUB loyalty programme and payouts; the site says more than 4,000 shops use it. There is no sign-up fee, monthly fee or commission; the restaurant pays payment fees when customers pay online (for example 1% + VAT on Thai QR PromptPay, 3.25% + VAT on cards), ฿15 per withdrawal and ฿0.02 per broadcast message.

Free: ฿0 a month, described as 'free for life' — unlimited menu items, unlimited LINE orders, POMPKINS Portal, sales reports and Lalamove rider booking, with no sign-up fee, no monthly fee and no share of sales. The Merchant app (POS mode, printer, kitchen view, table booking) and POMPOM CLUB loyalty are also presented as free. There is no paid plan on the website; the only charges are payment fees on online payments (+7% VAT), ฿15 per withdrawal and ฿0.02 per broadcast message. The merchant terms (updated 4 March 2026) still list paid add-on services such as POS and CRM, priced per the company's conditions, with no figures published.
