Be fair to it

When Preoday is the better choice.

Flat price: 1299 kr a month for the whole package, the same for every customer, with free setup and training and no commission on any order (pricing page).
The restaurant gets its own apps in the App Store and Google Play under its own name, plus a web shop on its own URL that shares one menu, price list and opening hours with the apps; Preoday builds the apps and gets them approved by Apple and Google (homepage and FAQ).
In-app card, Apple Pay and Google Pay payments are paid straight into the restaurant's own Stripe account, and the restaurant keeps its own customer data (homepage, its FAQ and restaurantweb.no).
Chains can put as many restaurants as they want in one app, with the nearest outlet shown first, and the package includes a global dashboard for chains plus phone and email support in Norwegian (homepage and pricing page).

And Menuthere's limits

What Menuthere doesn't do yet.

Its own POS is basic (in-store billing, as an add-on), and the only outside POS it connects to is Petpooja, set up on Pro.
No integration with delivery apps such as Uber Eats or Deliveroo.
Online payments need Stripe, which doesn't open accounts in every country (India uses Razorpay, Easebuzz, Cashfree or OrangePG instead).
