Tevalis pricing and alternatives for UK hospitality (2026)
Updated 19 October 2026
Short answer: Tevalis is a UK hospitality EPOS and management platform for multi-site operators: pubs, bars, restaurants, stadiums, hotels and attractions. It doesn't publish prices; every system is quoted after a demo. It says it has 2,500+ clients, 200+ integrations and processes £3bn+ a year. Alternatives include Zonal, Lightspeed, Toast, Epos Now and Square. Independents who only need online or QR ordering can add a tool like Menuthere to their existing till.
Below: what Tevalis does, what drives the price, and which alternative fits which venue. Facts checked 11 October 2026.
What is Tevalis?
Tevalis is a hospitality technology company with its registered address in Hessle, East Yorkshire. It sells to "global groups and independent operators" across:
- pubs and bars, restaurants and quick-service restaurants,
- hotels, theatres, cinemas and casinos,
- stadiums, arenas, food halls and visitor attractions,
- competitive socialising venues and members' clubs.
Products
- EPOS for front of house,
- mPOS: handheld ordering and payments,
- self-service kiosks,
- stock management: stock, wastage, procurement and transfers,
- kitchen management: orders, alerts and prep screens,
- finance, customer and centralised management, plus analytics.
Order and pay, online ordering and table bookings come mainly through Tevalis's 200+ partner integrations (for example, SevenRooms for reservations), rather than as Tevalis-branded products. Its own self-ordering product is kiosks.
Tevalis says support is available 24 hours a day, 364 days a year.
Tevalis pricing
Tevalis has no public price list. Its site offers "Speak with the team" and "Book a demo". Expect your quote to depend on:
- number of sites and terminals,
- hardware (terminals, handhelds, kiosks, kitchen screens, printers),
- modules (stock, finance, kiosks, analytics),
- integrations with partners for bookings, order and pay, payroll or loyalty,
- installation and training, especially for multi-site rollouts,
- contract length (Tevalis doesn't publish its terms, so ask).
Card payments: Tevalis integrates with payment providers; its site shows payment partners such as Dojo. Ask who will process your cards and at what rate.
Tevalis reviews
On Trustpilot, Tevalis had 75 reviews and a TrustScore of 4.4 when we checked on 11 October 2026. That's a small review base for a company of its size. Tevalis's site features a customer story of migrating 20 venues and 102 EPOS systems in 10 weeks. For an enterprise EPOS, ask for references from operators like yours and visit a live site.

Where Menuthere fits (and where it doesn't)
Menuthere is not a Tevalis alternative for a stadium or a 20-site pub group. It doesn't run full tills, stock, finance or kitchen screens. Counter billing is available as a POS add-on at US$10 a month, so Lite plus the add-on is US$27 a month. What it does is give an independent venue a commission-free ordering website and QR table ordering (Free plan), with collection, delivery and kitchen printing. Lite adds unlimited orders and Stripe card payments into your own account. Pro adds WhatsApp ordering and loyalty. Lite is US$17 a month and Pro US$39 a month, billed in US dollars, with a 7-day free trial on both (a card is needed to start, and nothing is charged until the trial ends). It runs alongside whatever till you use. See order and pay apps.
When Tevalis is the better choice
Be fair to it. Tevalis is a strong option if you:
- run several venues and need central menus, stock and reporting,
- operate high-volume sites like stadiums or food halls with kiosks and handhelds,
- want a UK-based supplier with round-the-clock support,
- rely on many integrations (bookings, payroll, loyalty).
Questions to ask Tevalis (or any enterprise EPOS)

- How long is the contract, and what's the exit cost?
