Menuthere vs USEN Mobile Order
USEN Mobile Order is a QR table-ordering system from USEN, a Tokyo company that also sells store background music, POS systems and payment terminals. Guests scan a QR code at their table and order from their own phone in the browser, with menus in Japanese, English, Korean and Chinese; orders print in the kitchen and can sync with USEN's USENレジ POS, but the system also works on its own. It is sold on request by USEN in Japan for a flat monthly fee by table count (from ¥8,000 a month before tax, including a ¥2,000 terminal fee) after ¥65,000 in setup fees, on a 24-month contract, with no per-order fee.

The prices come from the price table in the USEN Mobile Order terms (December 2025 edition, price table revised 9 December 2025). The product page gives no prices and asks you to contact USEN. All prices exclude consumption tax. Setup: ¥30,000 service joining fee, ¥15,000 master registration and ¥20,000 installation and setup (¥65,000 in total); the setup fees include the first entry of the store's master and menu data. Monthly: a ¥2,000 terminal fee plus a table fee of ¥6,000 for up to 10 tables, +¥500 for each table from the 11th, and ¥16,000 at 30 tables or more. That makes the smallest monthly bill ¥8,000, which is our sum of the two published items. Options: USEN CRM (LINE mini-app membership cards, coupons, points, stamp cards and customer data) costs ¥30,000 setup and ¥10,000 a month. USEN's menu and settings registration service costs ¥1,000 a month (standard plan, sold by the year) or ¥5,000 per job. USEN sells or rents the devices, and those prices are not published.
