The rates
Commission is a percentage of the order, and who delivers it sets the rate. Here is what DiDi Food publishes for restaurants in Peru.

Figures are estimates from the numbers you enter. DiDi Food agreements differ by plan, location and volume, and platforms change their fees, so your DiDi Food payout statement is the source of truth. The direct column assumes every order is paid by card at about 3%, before your ordering plan's fee; cash and pay-at-counter orders cost nothing. Worth knowing
DiDi's sign-up page advertises '0% commission', but lists the percentage service fee above on every order placed through the platform.
Jefe, a restaurant-software firm, reported the same 30% and 8.5% from DiDi's Peruvian page in October 2026.
PedidosYa and Rappi, Peru's other big apps, don't publish their rates; public reports put both well above 20% when they deliver.
A DiDi Food alternative for your regulars
A delivery app is a good way to be found and an expensive way to serve people who already know you. Give your regulars your own ordering link, and the commission on their orders stays in your business.
