GrabFood commission · Philippines · checked October 2026
Grab doesn't publish its GrabFood commission in the Philippines: it says the rate, which it calls the Service Fee, is set in each restaurant's agreement. Public reports put it at about 22% to 30% of each order, so these figures are approximate.

The rates
Your own agreement with GrabFood sets your rate. These approximate ranges come from public sources, listed at the foot of the page.
| Order type | GrabFood delivers | What changes |
|---|---|---|
| Approximate range | ~22–30% | Klikit (March 2026): 22–30% depending on tier and subscription. Suki Neighbors (July 2026): roughly 25–30% on the delivery apps. Klikit alone says pick-up orders are typically 0–10%. |
Card processing
Grab doesn't say publicly whether card payments are inside the commission. Klikit's May 2026 guide says card payments cost another 2–3%.
Menu mark-up
Grab's merchant code of conduct allows a reasonable mark-up, such as 10%, on delivery menu prices, as long as they're no higher than on other apps. Pick-up and dine-out prices must match your in-store prices, and you mustn't pass the Service Fee on to customers.
Penalties
Under the code of conduct: 10% of the sales lost when you pause your store beyond Grab's weekly limit, penalties such as ₱50 per late order, up to 10% of sales value for other breaches, and 1% a month on amounts you owe Grab.

One ₱400 order on GrabFood
GrabFood keeps 26.0% of every order — ₱31,200 a month, or ₱374,400 a year at your volume.
The same order on your own ordering page
Moving 90 orders a month (30%) to your own link keeps ₱8,280 a month in your business — ₱99,360 a year.
Figures are estimates from the numbers you enter. GrabFood agreements differ by plan, location and volume, and platforms change their fees, so your GrabFood payout statement is the source of truth. The direct column assumes every order is paid by card at about 3%, before your ordering plan's fee; cash and pay-at-counter orders cost nothing. Worth knowing
In a survey of its members reported by BusinessMirror in May 2026, the Restaurant Owners Association of the Philippines (RestoPH) found 84% paid the delivery apps 15% to 25% of the bill in commission, and 78% wanted commissions capped.
The Philippines doesn't cap delivery commission. There's no bill to do so that we could find; a 2022 House resolution asked for a probe into Grab's commission on drivers and riders, not restaurants.
Suki Neighbors puts foodpanda in the same 25–30% range as GrabFood.
A GrabFood alternative for your regulars
A delivery app is a good way to be found and an expensive way to serve people who already know you. Give your regulars your own ordering link, and the commission on their orders stays in your business.
