Figures are estimates from the numbers you enter. Uber Eats agreements differ by plan, location and volume, and platforms change their fees, so your Uber Eats payout statement is the source of truth. The direct column assumes every order is paid by card at about 3%, before your ordering plan's fee; cash and pay-at-counter orders cost nothing. Worth knowing
The Premium refund applies only if you have fewer than 3 cancelled or undelivered orders a month and stay online for at least 95% of your store hours. Orders count from your first full month.
Uber's Dominican pricing page lists no rate for restaurants that deliver with their own couriers.
An Uber Eats alternative for your regulars
A delivery app is a good way to be found and an expensive way to serve people who already know you. Give your regulars your own ordering link, and the commission on their orders stays in your business.
